2010 Fancy Pachyderm Rhone-style Blend
Our Rhone-Style blend is 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah.
It has an aroma of raspberry, cherry and volcanic minerals. These aromas carry through on the palate. The mid palate is soft, velvety and full bodied with rich flavors of chocolate, cola and vanilla bean. It all transitions with a nice and clean, dry finish.
